Q1.Pump not start.
| Cause | Remedy |
| No power. | Connect to power. |
| Voltage too high/too low. | Check if supply voltage is within ± 10% |
| Inlet pressure too low. | Check the water source at the water inlet. |
| Insufficient water supply. | Check the water source and inlet piping for blockage. |
| Pump block/stuck. | Use screwdriver to turn the end of the motor axis in clockwise direction,to confirm rotation. Notify maintenance person to repair. |
| Incorrect installation,water source lower than pump inlet and discharge. | Install again, the water source shall be higher than the pump for at least 0.5 m. |
Remark: before operation, turn off power switch first.
Q2.Pump stop during operation.
| Cause | Remedy |
| Water temperature too high. | When the water temperature lowered,the pump will start automatically.Or supply cold water to lower pump temperature. |
| Pump block/stuck. | Use screwdriver to turn the end of the motor axis in clockwise direction,to confirm rotation.Notify maintenance person to repair. |
| Motor overload. | Cut off power and re-supply power, if could not be started,notify maintenance for repair. |
| Insufficient water supply. | Check the water source and inlet piping for blockage. |

Q3.Pump starts while water is not used.
| Cause | Remedy |
| Water leak. | Check if the faucets are tightened,or there are leaks in the piping system. |
| Check valve failure. | Clean or replace with a new valve. |

Q4.Electric shock.
| Cause | Remedy |
| Ineffective grounding. | Reactivate grounding. |
